Here are some photos from my bike ride today. I did the full 15 miles including a pass-through of Tivoli Village. That place is always super busy and the food smells so good as I slowly ride along. The first photo, or top-left, is where the homeless man named Bruce was sleeping for several weeks. Yesterday, I took another bag of goodies to him via the truck and found that he had left this place. I sincerely hope that he has a proper place to sleep now, a home with someone, and good food. Everyone deserves this. It was nice to meet you, Bruce. 🙏🏻

Those are nice colorful murals on the side wall of the tunnel.
Thanks, I agree! And, just inside the tunnel you’ll find the hooligans have spray-bombed the walls. You can see where the county workers have painted it over. It’s a stupid cycle that just repeats. Amazing that the murals never seem to get bombed.
Let’s hope for the best….
A nice tribute to Bruce
Oh, you are so kind! I hope Bruce found a permanent place. That tunnel looks really cool! Great shots.
Thanks, Bridgette! He seems like a nice man, I wish him all the best. The tunnel is along the Bonanza trail which links up with the Lone Mountain trail that heads back north on my ride. Someone told me that the Bonanza Trail and others will take you all the way to the Strip, that’s not a ride I would ever attempt regardless of it being too far to go on one charge. Extra batteries are heavy and certainly not cheap!
