I have mentioned before that my mother passed in 2012 and that a family friend now cares for several flower beds that mom managed. There are several more that have not been replanted since 2012, that is up to my dad. I kind of feel as though my mother is nearby when I am near these beautiful flowerbeds. Love!

Itβs amazing that a family friend still tends to the gardens that your mom created. Itβs a great way to keep her memory alive.
John -she had left behind something special, an ever growing garden legacy. That gives joy and peace to your dad, and everyone who visits.
I love the thought that she lives on through all of that hard work.
Those are lovely flowers and a great way to remember your mother and something she cared about. β€οΈ

Brown eyed Susan’s always remind me of my Mom! She passed away in 2013.
I’m sorry, Anne Marie. It’s a pain that has to be integrated into your life. I think my mother loved every single kind of flower on the planet! I miss seeing her early in the morning in her night gown, tending the flowers around the yard. So sweet. β€οΈ
It is ok, John. I have cherished memories of my mother as well. She lived a long life (95) and she was ready to join my Dad. I have every reason to believe that they are both at peace. π
I’m sure they are together now. ππ» My dad is 94, spoke with him on the phone this morning. β€οΈ
That is nice. π. Every once in a while I will still think that I should call my Mother. π€¦
That’s very sweet, Anne Marie. God bless you and your family. βΊοΈππ»
