I happened to look out the window and noticed a woodpecker flitting around the street lamp. I made a mad dash for the Nikon which luckily had the 200mm lens on. The bird stayed on the pole just long enough for me to get these four photos before it flew away. Lucky photos! Sunny and 105 degrees today, toasty!
Sorry, Mr. Woodpecker, but that is made of plastic…
