  1. Do they come to your house roof edge, or top of the windows? It could be better to hang bird feeder there… They can watch they can see and they can eat safely… Cats usually on the walls… Not safety for birds. But I loved your bird feeder… Thank you, Love, nia

  2. Feeding stations are usually placed near some bushes from where the birds can first quietly scan the area to see if everything is safe. From there it is only a short flight to the feed and back. I see that you don’t really have many (if any) shrubs in your garden. Maybe that’s one of the problems.

    • Hi Rudi, you are 100% right. I need to have some nice bushes planted to help. My minimalist idea on less clutter may be in play here. β˜ΊοΈπŸ˜‚

    • I have had the same thoughts, Anneli, maybe I can put a fake bush close to the feeder. Kidding, but there is a large tree next door around 30 feet away. Maybe not enough?
