Hi, they usually are! One of several reasons I love this place. I was chatting with my sister earlier today about the approaching tropical storm, turning into a hurricane soon. That is one reason I stayed here in Vegas! No tornadoes either, too dry.

Thank you! I lived down there in the early 90s, we (ex) lost a new Pontiac and too many of our belongings inside the rented home which was on the Inter-coastal Waterway. That soured me, badly. Hello, Vegas!
