    • Thanks, Anita, it really is based on my taste tests. I allow the chili to cool down very slowly beginning with a start on high. Six hours later, I reduce the setting to Keep Warm and let it cool for about two more hours using a heat-gun laser thingy. 😂 Once it reaches less than 100F, I pop it in the fridgy. It actually makes a dandy breakfast! 😂
