Have you ever tried frying lunch meat in a pan? I do this once in a while like late last night. Add some coconut oil to the pan and turn up the fire slowly. Use tongs to occasionally turn the slices over to brown them. Add your favorite condiments and enjoy! The photos are less than flattering…

No worries, I suppose my mother made fried bologna for my sister and I as kids. The heating really brings the flavors out of this sandwich meat!
