Welcome to my adopted city. That cowboy is located on Fremont Street, I haven’t been there in a long time. Have you been to Fremont Street or the world-famous Las Vegas sign?

Las Vegas is on our bucket list, one day we will get there!
Furthest west I’ve been is Lake Charles, LA. and that was around 40 years ago.
That’s back east! I had been only to California years ago with my dad drag boat racing in the late 70s, early 80s until I married ex number three. I stayed after she left!
Yes, and yes 🙂 I once had a photo of Gretchen and me taken at the sign.
That’s nice, too bad that you lost the photo, Maria. I wish that we could have met for lunch before you left for home. 🇸🇪 Happy New Year!
Yes, but I need to go again some time and get a picture by myself.
You don’t need to do that by yourself. 😁
I don’t need to go by myself but I want a picture with only myself in it.
I see, okay. Photo applications allow you to remove those unwanted people.
Rick and I went to a wedding in Las Vegas back in 2004. I am not quite sure where we were.
My first thought was about those little “chapel-o-love” places in Downtown near Fremont Street. Probably not the right venues! Wishing you guys a happy new year. ☺️
I think it was some kind of casino/convention center.
This guy is waving at you 🤣
He sure is, and he’s been waving for many decades too. He was up there before the fancy roof was put up to cover the street. I’g go there more but the parking is a pain in the bum…
