I am old enough to remember riding this same snowmobile, it had a single-cylinder two-cycle engine and all bogy wheels in the track, no sliders. A good basic sled for the family and lots of fun to ride. When you grow up snowmobiling, you just can’t forget stuff like this! Are you a snowmobiler?

I’ve never been on one.
I have actually never been on a snowmobile before. We went to a museum a couple of years ago that had a special exhibit on snowmobiles throughout the years. It was neat to see how much they’ve changed.
So true, John! We didn’t have our own snowmobiles when I was young, but sometimes a neighbor let us use theirs and, oh wow. Like you said, they were so much fun to ride!
The fun is so addictive, isn’t it. 😬
They certainly look different now. Do you miss the snow John?
Hi Leanne! Yes, I sure do but only regarding riding a snowmobile. I grew up riding them so moving to a desert was a real decision to make. I was married at the time so that certainly had a roll in the decision. But, I am now 62 and don’t tolerate the cold so well after ten years here. I will eventually return to Michigan some day though, I just know it!
My Uncle had a snow mobile we went on when we were kids. Up in Northern Ontario, they actually have a snow mobile museum, it’s very cool. Some really old ones are there
Nice! They are so fun aren’t they? I would love to visit this museum! ❤️
Nope. Unfortunately with the way the Cold affects my head..Snow is very few and far between plus short events for me.
I’m sorry about your migraine headaches, Venus. I hope you have a great weekend, and do go to a casino by yourself. It’s okay to do that! ❤️☺️
I’ve never had the pleasure of riding one, John. Perhaps one of these days. Looks like a lot of fun in the right situation i.e. lots of snow.
Thanks, Bruce, I’m sure that you would enjoy this! It’s a blast to ride a sled across a frozen lake at 80 miles per hour and much more. 👍🏻🔥
