Odd Cars

On yesterday’s bike ride, I went off of the usual trail I follow and came across these odd cars that seem to bend or twist and have different interiors. There is a name for them but I don’t recall it. The other photo has antique cars in it which are old beauties. After a few minutes, I realised that all of these cars were there for a funeral. The person who passed was about ten years younger than me and was a big car man too, hence the cars outside. God bless him and his family.

  1. The man who passed away probably had the old car and had friends who shared his passion for old antique cars. It’s very sad that the man died young, John…

    • That is what I gathered from having a quick chat with people outside. God bless the man and his family. πŸ™πŸ»

  2. It’s good to go off the beaten path. You never know what’s in store! Those cars are beautiful and I’ve always called them ‘bouncing cars’, but they’re also called lowrider’s. Here’s more info… “What makes a lowrider bounce? A hydraulic suspension can quickly raise and lower the car, making it hop and jump — or dance.” It’s sad they were there for a funeral, but what a sweet tribute!

  3. Wow – cool photos. You never know what you’ll find when you go off your normal routes and what intriguing things people do to soup up their cars. Sad the person who died was so young…😭
