I think that’s a nice idea to let people know you’re there so they aren’t startled or move into your path at the last second.
I see this as simply being courteous to others. I’m not a small guy at 200+ pounds, and the bike weighs around 60 pounds. That’s enough weight to seriously hurt someone! I always slow down a lot too when others are near and always slow to a crawl when there are children present. 🙏🏻
That’s good. Would be nice if everyone would do that.
I agree, and thank my folks, they taught my sister and I to have respect for people.
