Again from 2017, these photos show the rugged terrain near the dam and the freeway that crosses over the Colorado River and enters Arizona. I haven’t been to the dam since before the pandemic, it’s time for another visit! Have you ever visited the beautiful Hoover Dam?

That photo was taken in 2017 when the lake was a bit more full, it has continued to drop, Rudi. The state has released water further up the river to help Lake Mead, and rain over the winter helped raise the lake by five feet. It’s a dangerous situation…
