If a tourist geats off of the strip which I recommend, they will surely notice how close the homes are in some neighborhoods. Hence, living the clone life in the desert. The photo of the strip isn’t very good, is it!

Agreed, Linda. I too live in a clone, but not those clones! My place is a few miles from here.
My house is a clone too, but it’s an older clone so at least we have mature trees and a larger lot compared to many of the new builds that seem so compact and close together.
I guess it is so much easier to cut and paste housing. We are seeing it more and more here. My son and I just call them people farms as we pass. I imagine its fine when you grow up with houses close, but I doubt I could do it well.
I like the colors of the little houses and I still see The Strat which is my main Landmark.
when space is a premium, time is short, and water is scarce – build small, compact, and homes without yards. just a thought.
