It’s a big turtle, not sure if it’s a snapper though. Those guys are really mean!
They’re only mean if you threaten them. Just like that mouse that bit me. It didn’t know I was trying to help it. It wasn’t mean – just scared. But that’s cool that you have turtle there.
When I was mowing the island back in Michigan years ago, I would come upon snappers in my path. I had to stop and grab a stick to push them into the crick. They were hissing like crazy!
I guess so. You were threatening their space.
