A Doe Sunset

She and her friends just stood there unaffected by my dad and I passing by on the golf cart around 75 feet away. This, and its now rifle season too so these ladies weren’t scared at all it seems! Today was a busy day and a good day in many ways, even the sunshine cooperated by shining all day.

Las Vegas had a windstorm today which may still be going on with gusts to 50 miles per hour possible. You can always tell what time of year it is in Nevada because the windstorms are frequent during the cooler months. Cloudy and 41 degrees at my location tomorrow and just 27 degrees overnight tonight. Yeah, hello Michigan my home state…

    • Thank you, Venus. 😊 The lake is actually a very small pond that was man-made long ago. It hosts a lot of critters like snapping turtles, ducks, geese, fish and birds. And, humans that must manicure the trees and grass around it which was a pain in my ass for twenty years. The pain has been passed on to the young guys now.

Your pleasant comment is welcome!
